Cancellation Policy
Grow Thrive Shine Occupational Therapy recommends advising of a cancellation 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
To cancel appointments, please SMS or call the phone number provided when the appointment was made or send an email to: admin@growthriveshine.com.au
If the Therapist arrives at the scheduled appointment and you and/or your child are not at the scheduled appointment, the appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled fee for that appointment.
(Please note if there are two appointments where the participant has been sent a reminder, but does not arrive for their appointment, the services will be discontinued.)
When Grow Thrive Shine Occupational Therapy cancels support due to operational reasons, the service will be rescheduled at no penalty to either party.
Where multiple cancellations or no-shows occur in a 12-month period, Grow Thrive Shine Occupational Therapy will initiate contact with the participants, and/or their representative to establish the supports we are providing are best suited to the participant’s needs and the needs of their family. Regular changes in the appointment schedule may result in the discontinuation of therapy.
